Picture polish Hercynia swatch

Introduction

Good day darlings, I had to stay in Russia much longer and will be back only on October 24th.  But I really miss my blogging, decided to share some swatches which were done before my vacation.  Here is vivid green polish called Hercynia and created by  Picture polish in collaboration with Nailderella. It has wonderful Holo Bijou finish and gets fully opaque in 2 coats. I used it as background for my Little red riding hood nails, because it's a perfect shade of forest green. No top coat was added. Check out holo and shimmer particles on macros at the end of this post.

Nail art with Picture polish Grace and Moon nails Xavier stamping for #OMD3 "Love vine"

Introduction

Hello my dear readers, today as a part of #OMD3 challenge prompt "Leaves" I have stamping nail art with another gorgeous metallic polish from Moon nails supply. It's beautiful green color called Xavier (part of sexy metal set), which is pretty unique and does not exist among colors available from Mundo de Unas. From my macro pictures you can see that this polish stamps perfectly for both images with large areas and tiny lines. Since it's metallic, Xavier does separate in the bottle, so you have to mix it before stamping to get even and beautiful color, but it totally worth it. 30 Days of Colour: Radial gradient with Picture polish Grace and Paris and Bundle Monster stamping plate 608 "It's broken"

Introduction

It's pink/radial gradient day in June 30 Days of Colour challenge and I was really looking forward to make second radial gradient, because I loved first one. I was not sure which stamping image to use until I remembered beautiful blue gradient with broken glass stamping, which Sarah did for Autism awareness.  It was a perfect opportunity to make a pink version with radial gradient. I used sparkly picture polish Grace and Paris , but to be honest gradient looked poor without stamping. Fortunately I received my Bissu polish just in time and it was a perfect metallic pink shade. Another wonderful radial gradient was complete. I wanted to give a romantic name to this nail art... so  "It's broken" and you can decided for your self what is it.

30 Days of Colour: Gradient stamping nail art with Picture polish Moscow, Pirouette and Grace "Chrysanthemums"

Introduction

It's a last day of spring and my last entry for May 30 Days of Colour challenge. I chose nail design with gradient and stamping using my second favorite brand picture polish. I have to admit that gradient part was a fail. I attempted vertical gradient, but difference between Grace and Pirouette was too subtle, while Moscow was much darker, so I changed it to random gradient, by adding a bit of Moscow on each finger. Stamping part was really easy, but I also added some extra leaves by hand. This combo of sparkling Picture polishes and Cream stamping looked wonderful, unfortunately my photos do not show it in full beauty. This definitely was one of my  favorite May manis and I absolutely love how it looks on super close macros.

30 Days of Colour: Picture polish Hussy and Lizzie stamping nail art "Sparkling violets"

Introduction

I'm taking a brake from swatching Femme fatale collection and going back to 30 Days of Colour challenge. Today it's purple/dry brush and again I chose color not technique, because  I was really excited to use my untried purple Picture polish Hussy with Bijou finish. I though it would look good in combination with delicate Lizzie and I was right. Hussy is really well pigmented one coater, while Lizzie is more sheer, but has stunning holographic shine. As an extra touch I used White wedding to color some flowers, and on top of Hussy it gives moon stone effect, is not it cool? I absolutely love how this manicure sparkles in the sunlight.
