Introduction
Press sample
Good day darlings, I'm back and here is something special for you!!! My very first review of press sample which I received from Born pretty store. Do not worry, I'm going to share with you my honest opinion and show all the details about stamping with this plate. Originally, I chose two plates for review, but unfortunately they arrived at the end of August, while I was on vacation. So, I was able to get this package only recently after I came back. To my delight in addition to the plates there also were some extras - huge stamper and cute mini ring, which I'll show in my next review. Oh, and I got a 10% off discount code PHDX31, please do not hesitate to use it ;) Now let me tell you more about BP-71 stamping plate.
Results
BP-71 plate came with protective blue film, which you have to remove before stamping :) It was standard small round plate size similar to many other brands (5.5 cm in diameter). There are three full nail images in the middle 1.5 x 2 cm each (figure 2). They are composed of repeating small image rows and therefore can be nicely stamped even on short nails. There are also three silhouette images with the height of approximately 11 mm (figure 2). And three words written with the same font: Live, Love and Laugh. it's a pretty good choice of images for a small plate. Personally, I was after silhouette images, because they are perfect to create various artistic nail designs.
Figure 2. Plate size and macro of etching.
Figure 3. Stamping test on paper. I used Konad stamp II and Holland blue Mundo de Unas polish. All images were stamped with first attempt. No defects in the etching and very clean stamping for most of the images. Some tiny hearts on the birdie image did not stamp completely, but they still look good. Missing portion of the ground below adult couple most probably related to the excess scraping, because it stamped completely during other attempts.
Figure 4. Nail art "Under the love rain" with cute baby couple stamped on accent nail and waterfall design on all other nails. This couple was the main reason I wanted this particular plate, they are so touching with a large umbrella and a small dog. It's a wonderful image for autumn mani and it stamped perfectly on the nail with Bissu polish and creative shop stamper. There was no problems even with tiny umbrella pole (figure 6). The only missing part is dog's leash, which honestly is so tiny that it's hard to see.
Figure 5. Three full nail images tested on my right hand. I did not do waterfall on my right hand, but simply stamped it with various images. All of them came out nice and cardiogram image was especially sharp and clear.
Figure 6. Macro images of stamping. Look at this heart, is not it a perfection?
